You will receive 1 zipped file containing the following files of the design:

SVG File
JPG File
PNG File
DXF File

Files are compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines or programs that accept the applicable files.

Please note that the SVG file may not be welded together when you upload into your cutting program. Please remember weld the design before sending it to be cut.

Please be sure to unzip the folder the designs come in prior to using.  In order to do this, save the zipped folder to your desktop and right click the folder then select Extract All.  This will prompt you to save a new, unzipped folder.  Save the new folder and when you go to use the designs, pull them from this new, unzipped folder.  Just message us if you have any trouble.
